Hacking Acekard 2i Problem

Umm, I received my Acekard 2i that Iv'e ordered from Deals Extreme and
when I run it it says "An error has occured. Press and hold the Power Button to turn the system off please see the Nintendo DSi Operaions Manual for help troublshooting".

I tried to follow the software update guide but it doesn't seem to load.

Oh sorry, I have the lastest version, I used the system update.

you need to update your acekard 2i to be able to use it on your DSi

Iv'e updated to version 1.4u, should I update my card through a DS Lite?
