Hacking Acekard 2i gba emulation

Can acekard 2i run a gba emulator, without a slot 2 card? Like, does it have its own ram it can run off of?

If not, can someone recommend a card that does?

to my knowledge only the supercarddstwo runs GBA emu's, but dont quaote me on that

No, Acekard 2i can't run GBA roms without a slot-2 flashcart.

Only SCDS2 can play GBA roms Without a slot-2 flashcart.

And BTW only a few games work without slot-2 flashcarts, but you can run only a few games with:

YES. It really can.

Very few ROM's will run on it though, but homebrew should be fine.
