Hacking Acekard 2 not showing up anymore

The Acekard 2 that I've been using for the past months has stopped showing up in the DS loading screen. I did try formating the SD card and putting latest firmware update, both with AKIO 1.4PROPER and the lastest AK2, but neither helped.

Any other ideas what can be done?

I did try to push it as hard as humanly possible, but still the card doesn't load up.

BTW, did I mention that other game cards do show up on the DS.... I only have problems with the AceKard card.

To clean the contacts, use a q-tip with hydrogen peroxyd.
