Have you tried other games?

Have you tried 0.9.10? This new patch works with 0.9.10 too.

Do you use savestates or actual ingame saving?
Did you use save states from old patch?

I haven't tried other games, I've heard that .10 isn't very good, and I tried both in-game saving and save states. The former didn't create a save file and the latter said there was an error.

You should try other games first. If saving doesn't work with other games,
you should try redownloading emulator.

Aha. There was a problem with the Desmume save file location in the read it. I fixed it now.

I patched this game with XdeltaUI, it works perfectly fine with desmume, but when I try to start this game on my M3 DS real flashcard, the text consists of strange characters like ùÜûíçÜüß.
I really look forward for someone to help me out, Ace Attorney just does not feel the same when not played on the Nintendo.

Nope, no adware, virus or whatsoever.

There are no viruses if you download from official sources (mentioned in the 1st post). Except you clicked without thinking on something like "automatic downloading using our special totally not a malware/adware tool (tm)".

i downloaded the patch in both delta and beat. beat didn't work.
