I accidently ordered the Supercard DSTWO. I Just wanted to see what paying options are provided and how much the shipping would cost, since I live in Germany.
So ShopTemp automatically created an account for my placing the order. Now, I never meant to do that. It was kind of confusing, because the buttons that I clicked never told me that this would actually really order the item.
I haven't payed yet and I've written a ticket to the support team requesting to get my order canceled.
I read the FAQ and it says I could cancel orders on my account, but I don't know how to do that. I don't find anything regarding canceling non-paid orders.
Do you think this is a problem? I mean will they just accept it and cancel my order or will they insist that I got to pay now?
