Hacking Accidental update to 4.2

My young child updated our wii from 3.2 to 4.2 from Nintendo, I'm sure it has been covered before(I have been searching), but what is the current fix / tutorial and or guide. Thanks for your help in advance!

The current fix is to follow the Complete Softmod Guide. Search around before asking, this has been asked a thousand times.
