So my hacked Switch has been set up properly and running correctly since I installed Atmo

I run EMUNAND, followed every step of Rentry Guide, have never installed anything or even loaded CFW on my SYSNAND, have Exo and DNS MITM setup as per the guide. I also have never gone online on EMUNAND, even to update homebrew I do everything manually

UNTIL today...when my mrs decided she wanted to play something and docked the Switch in a dock that has Ethernet connected. She was playing Ooblets and I'm pretty sure the game went online to check for updates? News of a patch showed up on its home screen

So if it did, is my once clean unit now cooked? Ooblets is most definitely an installed NSP

You're very likely fine. Back in the days before Atmosphere I had installed NSPs on SXOS and it would connect to Nintendo's servers all the time. I would recommend wiping your serial numbers though (only in emu), as that will 100% prevent connecting to Nintendo's servers, and Nintendo won't know who you are anyway since you have no serial number.

If Ooblets are installed as a NSP, I'm sad to say your Switch is most likely flagged and will get banned eventually.
But who knows? You might have gotten lucky!

Thanks guys, I do appear fine for now. I had everything in place, Exo, DNS MITM etc.

I used 90DNS Tester and all showed as Blocked, my serial is indeed blanked. Guess time will tell

I now have a much bigger issue which will require a new thread

Just to let you know, if you had exosphere setup correctly it didn't go online to check for updates.

System firmware also contains update information, I am guessing whatever ofw version your emunand is on is more recent than the latest version of ooblets.
