So, i've been reading multple threads on this because i couldn't find specifically one with what i need. I don't wanna risk following multiple tuts and autors and maybe someone had the same problem.

I bought my Switch in November, it came 4.1.0, XAW10075XXX so i was fine. I decided to use ReiNX, everything was fine until i tried to use Tinfoil, and some games just wouldn't install. So, i used ChoiDujourNX to install 6.0.0 and kept AutoRCM to avoid burning fuses (correct me if am wrong). Everything was dandy and i managed to get a bigger microSD, then it came to mind that i completly skipped the most important step, i didn't make a nand backup while i was at 4.1.0, before installing any nsp and so, i made one in 6.0.0 . With this back story, my questions are:

- Is my nand back up safe? or does it have problems? thins to avoid and so
- If i were to "switch" (pun intended) to SX OS, can intall it normally? or do i need to revert my switch to 4.1.0?
- If i wanted to use ChoiDujourNX (avoid burning fuses right?) to update to the latest firmware to link a Nintendo Account (Nintendo Online and whatever comes nex), it's an insta ban?

Sorry for any misspelling or typos, english is not my main lenguage. Cheers :grog:

Your nand backup is safe, but you may want to downgrade to 4.1.0 and take a backup so you have a backup at the lowest firmware possible.
You can install SX OS normally, it doesn't really install though
Not sure on an insta-ban, but definitely a ban is highly likely.
