Hi Guys,

As all of you were asking about what type of ban is, how much time, etc... @Reisyukaku and me were doing MITM to a banned console after this last wave and here is the result (Some data was removed due to private info):

The BAN is to the CONSOLE not the NNID... So you cannot bypass this because if you change your Device-ID or Serial Number, ninty will say that it's an Unlinked Device to your NNID. Maybe there's a possibility to avoid this if you change Device-ID, Serial Number, Device-Cert and also you use a different NNID.

Sorry for the bad news but, you're fucked if you get this ban since it's PERMANENT.

The most confirmed ban is @Reisyukaku console, the one used on MITM proccess... So yep, there's a real banning wave happening.

I think thats very bad for Nintendo... Now people MUST go full piracy, if they cant acces the Eshop... Cause of Updates, etc...
When you change the "LocalFriendCodeSeed_B", you can play online...

We think it's permanent because such bans are usually perm. It would be a really bad move from Nintendo although we deserve it

Ive already had Sun preordered for months,i'll just upload my save to the cart.Any luck if i ring Nintendo customer services and say i bought a second hand N3DS and its not working?That way i could give them the retail cart serial number

Gateway suddenly has meaning again? Not affected by this, but if I was, I'd have to buy yet another microSD card, the one I originally bought for GW, I used it for an N3DS because it was just going to waste since I don't use GW anymore.

There was a temporary ntr 'bypass' by editing some stuff but it only works temporarily (until you enter a extended ram use game/program) or restart your console. And it's not the fastest to apply. You maybe possibly could try replacing your wifi card though it's unknown/doubtful that'd do much. Otherwise no, at least not yet.

Now, here's my serial number and device ID. The serial number is made up, though using my real one would make no difference. However, the deviceID is real, and has been hyperbanned for the past 4 months.

Now, let's hit 'Send' and see what happens. Oh, look? Here's this again:

I've had information similar to this known for a while, but I haven't made any releases because I want whatever I make public of this to be complete and easy-to-use, because a lot of people who've asked me to look into something like this aren't smart enough to downgrade and install CFW on a 3DS.
Also, I set this account up for Miiverse, so go nuts.

question, if we used the ntr editor method that was posted in the previous thread to avoid the ban would we realistically be able to do a system transfer or would ntr not be functional since going into system settings = extended ram use/reboot on exit. also would it even allow for a system transfer if you're faking your id or would it corrupt the target ds?
