It's a webpage that compiles otp into arm9loaderhax.3dsx for you easily. It uses delibiles fork I think

Tried but it's very confusing what i need to do...
And ended up with a black screen.....

You do need the Firmware.bin from her github or that iso site, in the rei folder. After that, everything needs to be in the root of your cards.

Can I see a screen shot of the root of your microSD card and rei card? Maybe you are missing a file.

Also are you running on an old3DS or New3ds?

Here, There's a shit ton of crap in it tho.....
in the Rei folder there's a Emunand folder, Reboot Folder, loader.bin file.

That is a super busy SD card, you should copy any unneeded back updates to safe place and not store them on your SD card to save space. Give me a second, I am going to shoot you a PM.
