Gaming A8 Compared to i7 Laptop?

Hello,

Recently I have been interested in buying a new laptop.

I have come across 2 that I really like. They have the exact same specifications (8GB RAM, 750GB HDD, 15.6" Screen) except one is an AMD A8 with a Radeon Graphics Card (1GB), whilst the other is a Core i7 with a NVIDIA Graphics Card (1GB).

I was wondering, how does the AMD A8 processor compare with an Intel Core i7 processor?

Which one would be better to go for, given they are both almost the exact same price.

I hope someone can give me an insight on how AMD A8 processors compare with i7's.

i7 hands down but as for gpu u have to state the models on both.

Whats the graphics card on the i7? The A8 defidentally wins in integrated graphics, but the i7 wins with discreet .

Of course the A8 wins in integrated graphics, i7 CPU's don't even have them.

Intel HD 3000 does count as integrated graphics. However in this case, it's nVidia graphics. Until we find out what model graphics each have, we can't compare.

I mean just saying "Nvidia graphics" is like saying "Ford".
Yeah it could be the latest, or it could be a Model T.

And we'd need the model numbers of the processors to compare as well.
