I myself hate Linux because of how many strings of damn code and work you have to put to just install, extract or launch.

Nice! I'm using Arch Linux with Cinnamon (I don't really like Xfce/KDE/Budgie, etc.) and I love it. I also use Windows 7 in a dual boot (I like Aero )
