Hacking A few rockband DLC questions {pal}

Hi. Sorry if this a stupid question. But does my wii need to be connected to the net to get the hacked RB dlc?

Is it posible to aquire them from somewhere using my pc, and then transfer them to an sd card ? Like in wads etc ?

Iv seen a few guides/threads now and i keep seeing the word 'download or re-download'... Does this mean download from the net or like download from my sd card to the wii memory?

Basically, If my wii isnt online i cant get any dlc then?.... {i guess, hence the name DOWNLOADABLE content lol}


Like i say, ive seen a few guides, but not sure how up to date they are and if indeed they would apply to my 4.2e wii and pal rockband back ups. A few of the guides for RB dlc hack ive seen i think are for nstc only i think.

In the meantime il keep looking around.
