I can see Genesis/Megadrive, 32x would be hard, very few emulators emulate it. GBA I can see, and would likely be better than how Nintendo did it with the Ambassador Program, as that was virtualization and not emulation (done via DS mode). Saturn, good luck with that, the emulators on PC barely do a half-decent job and is poorly documented.
