A few games to get though although the only really anticipated one was just pre'd hence this post. As always the old posts are linked at the end of this main post.

These threads have been going on for a while (even longer if you count that they happened in previous years as well) but the general idea is in each post the days (or time since last post if nothing happens on a given day) summarises the state of the 360 scene, it is done in the subforum as GBAtemp is mainly geared to towards the GBA and current Nintendo consoles but there are a substantial amount of 'tempers familiar with other consoles as well.
We cover big releases (a short writeup, release name, region locking information and NFO), the smaller releases (those without English in are usually covered here although we will cover a big Japanese release on the rare occasions one happens), any nuke information likewise any confirmed games added to the 360 game verification tool ABGX360 and any homebrew news. We tend to avoid covering the P2P game releases as they are not especially reliable when they beat the scene to releasing and afterwards there is not much point although if any are of note they will be mentioned in passing.
If you have any suggestions for the format of the post or things we should add please chime in, if you want to help out in the coming months when things get really busy (we are sure you have all seen at least one summer games drought followed by a packed autumn/winter release schedule which is usually made even worse by being able to move in these circles) we are recruiting people to help post these up.

Nukes, one new nukes (ABGX now lists 191).
Operation.Flashpoint.Dragon.Rising.RF.XBOX360-MOONWALKER was nuked for being a dupe of the iMARS release (as far as we know no different between the PAL region sourced copy from iMARS and the US sourced copy from MOONWALKER here). Official nuke reason:

This is however scene rules so there is no harm in getting the release if you find it.

Nothing new on homebrew but it is probably worth checking out xboxhacker.net as it has been a few days now since hacks were released for the slightly later models and some more discussion has been had on the subject.

Less notable releases
Only the one since last time.

FiFA_10_KOR_XBOX360-CLARE- CLARE have their second 360 release with a Korean version of Fifa10, Japanese compatible but otherwise unknown region so still no US compatible version available (street date is the 20th of October).

Additions to ABGX360
We suggest you use the link below and the abgx360 tool as the site does not use scene naming meaning it can be quite hard to tell entries apart, this is just for reference really (.

A couple of releases today although region locking appears again. A copy of Brutal Legend seems to be doing the p2p rounds ( http://i35.tinypic.com/9awz04.jpg ) but we are concerned with scene releases in these posts.
In order of most recent to pre

As far as I can tell this is the same as the US sourced region free release from SPARE back on the 10th of last month (no extra languages or regions) so it might get nuked for being a dupe. The game however got some fairly decent reviews (probably not likely to be the game that defines the genre but if you are on the lookout for an action RPG fighting type game sporting a slew of Marvel characters you could do worse.

Warning: Spoilers inside!

US source- region locked US only (previous release was PAL and Japan only)

Basketball game- competitor to 2K games NBA2K? (in this year/iteration NBA2K10)- those of you waiting for this know all about it and those who were not are invited to read about my indifference to such games in previous posts.
Warning: Spoilers inside!

Update it was first said that it was Region free- now known to be PAL only.
2 discs (will probably need both of them to play the whole game).
Possible nuke from ABGX: "bad.pack_sfv.missing.r07.and.r08.of.dvdr2.in.sfv.file_also.files.r07.and.r0
.are.missing", nothing on my other sources though and SPARE might release a fix.

SPARE are on top form today giving a release one week ahead of time. It is the latest in the MagnaCarta series (the prequel on the PC and the first on the PS2) from Korean developers Softmax (known for top notch RPGs) and like the predecessors this is an action/rpg type game (although reading around that may be unfairly classifying it). It caught me by surprise and as mentioned their previous games have been extremely well received by fans of RPGs so definitely worth researching further if you like this sort of thing.

Warning: Spoilers inside!

Region free.

This was actually released yesterday but a solitary film tie in probably does not need a post. I have no word on the quality of the game but if you have made it to the point in your life where you are reading one of these posts you probably have an inkling as to the usual quality of such games.

Warning: Spoilers inside!

Other than region dupes the next big release is Dreamkiller (street date 12th of October in the US) although Brutal Legend, Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition and Way of the Samurai 3 are only a few days out (Magnacarta 2 we saw up above).
Release dates can be found here: http://www.gamefaqs.com/console/xbox360/
As usual these posts will be back as and when something happens.

Yeah I came in here to point that out, Brutal Legend's out there. Though I don't think it's technically a scene release, it's confirmed to be a retail release and it's pretty much good to go.

Yeah I was going to update that (I should not just relay everything ABGX says), seems it might be nuked as well (something about missing rar files for the second disk or the sfv missing them). More on that as it changes.

Re: Brutal legend that was in the picture for the second post. Nothing on the scene yet and after previous years I am a bit gun shy about p2p 360 stuff.

A PAL release of Marvel ultimate legends 2 also appeared, it might get nuked (the "NTSC" version was region free and there is no word if this "PAL" copy has any more languages (at least not in the NFO).
Similarly a US release NBA_Live_10_USA_READNFO_XBOX360-XorCist (previous version was PAL and Japan only).
Post updated.

I will make a proper post in the morning but things have been somewhat active so I thought I would do a quick summary.

Magnacarta 2 got nuked, had a rarfix released, got nuked again for not quite fixing it and had a second rarfix released which should fix it all.
I should not that the game is a 2 disc game and all this trouble was only for the second disc so if you had the first disc you only need to sort out the second and if you still have the second disc rar files then you can just grab the fixes.

"L.Era.Glaciale.3.PAL.ITALIAN.XBOX360-RoME" aka the Italian version of ice age 3.

RROD made an internal release of Lips as "Lips_READNFO_USA_RF_iNTERNAL_XBOX360-RRoD", reading around the song content of the game varied widely with region and I have no idea how this will pan out.

And finally

Region free scene release of Brutal Legend happened about 25 minutes ago.

Brutal legend for those not in the know is the latest game from doublefine (their first game being psychonauts and the people behind it be also being responsible for a lot of the good lucasarts stuff that was not starwars related). The game casts you are would be rock star out to change the hellish landscape he finds himself in (action platformer would possibly describe the genre but it would not do it justice)
