Gaming 720P to 720I change

Hello, I am wondering whether if all Japanese games enter 720I mode automatically?
Is this normal considering that I have a PAL Wii with 720P set as default in Wii Options> System Settings.

the wii only supports 480p pal so your either lying about the wii set at 720p (which is prob true) or you think your in the ps3 section

No, it'd be awesome if my (and everyone elses) Wii could display 720P as well

480i/P is the only resolution Wii supports (well, PAL is 576i @ 50hz)

I assume you meant 480

(if it says anything about 720, it's probably that your TV upscales the video) anyway, I don't really know if that's supposed to happen.
