Just a few updates~

We are currently betatesting PRO-B2 internally – things are smooth so far but we intend to quickly change the plugin system to be more PSP-Go friendly before we release it… afterall PSP-Go supports two devices unlike UMD based devices, and our dual device support so far was a bit shaky, so we want to improve it a bit.[/p]

6.35 PRO-B2 ready for download!

Sorry for the one-day-delay guys, but trust me it’s been worth it.

We took our time ensuring that PSP Go users can make the most of this release, some of the Go only features had bugs which we had to fix.

I know you guys are probably waiting to dig your teeth into it so I will keep this short and only provide the changelog.

* [!] PSP Go can now resume paused PS1 EBOOTs
* [+] New Recovery Menu Option to prevent PSP Go Savestate Deletion
* [+] New Recovery Menu Option to disable Analog Stick (to prevent broken Analog Sticks from ruining your game)
* [+] Heavily improved Plugin Compatiblity (give your previously unworking stuff a try)
* [+] Added Recovery Menu Entry to XMB Menu

As you all can see, B2 is mostly a bugfix release, containing some new features for PSP Go users.

Pick it up from http://pro.coldbird.co.cc as always.

I'm interested in the plugin compatibility updates, definitely.
Ye, I believe the new GameCategories plugin for 6.3X firmwares ported by neur0n, now works on PRO-B2

PRO Bugfixes & Online Mode

Just a little sticky note to inform you guys of whats going on at the moment.

VF is doing a great job fixing several bugs reported to us so far, also the requested Fake-Regions Debug Type I and Debug Type II have been added by him.

While VF does a great job working on the offline related features, I’ve started development of the PRO-C Online Mode feature.

So far things are moving nicely.

Greetings, CB.

Just wondering, what exactly does the "Use Custom Update Server" option do?

Greetings fellow readers. It’s that time again and another public release is incoming.

As always, we thank users for reporting problems to us via the blog comments, your patronage has been a great help on improving this software.

The new firmware features several bugfixes, Debug Type Regions and quite a few other things.

Till tomorrow then everyone.[/p]

6.35 PRO-B3 out now.

Guys, sorry for the 1-day-delay, we all were shocked from the events in japan… and to tell the truth, both I and VF have been following the news all day, hoping for some good news… sadly, none so far…

Either way. Here it is…, seeing what is right now happening in japan, I can’t really enjoy this…

Grab it from http://pro.coldbird.co.cc as always.[/p]

[+] Improved recovery menu display, plug-ins support 100 + more **
[+] Add Toggle USB recovery menu
[+] Add recovery menu deception region Debug Type I / II

Dunno if i can play online / go to psn right now.

Possibly. You have to remember that the PSP has been out for years now so if for example you got a Ridge Racer save that was made on a 2.xx firmware then it'd probably be corrupted on a 5.xx firmware.

That being said you're more likely to find working saves for your games on 5.00M33-6 due to the size of the library existing before GEN made it's introduction.
