    Stable PRO-C released

The first stable version of PRO-C has been released, which supports the Prometheus Online Client.

    Changlog:
Fixed several memory unlocking problems like the VSH exit crash (broken homescreen).
Added high memory forcing support for SEN NPDRM EBOOTs (most useful in combination with Prometheus Online - www.prometheus.uk.to).
Relinked the PSP online manual to the PRO CFW server.
    Fixed CIPL Section Brick

This release is compatible with Prometheus Online, a 2g+ PSP online gaming service which can be found at www.prometheus.uk.to!

Updated the PARAM.SFO files to show proper CFW version.

[Online client] Public Beta 0.10 (R58)

This is a beta version of what will PRO-C will be. This is not the official final release and is not considered to be stable and contains many bugs. This is mainly for those who want to try out PRO-C online feature before the official final release. This is in the form of a plugin, and in order to use it, one must install the latest PRO Nightly Build and the plugin (Online Client) and correctly set up their router. For those who want to try it out, can download it here.

    Known Issues
Enabling the UPNP Library when UPNP isn't available freezes PSP at times.
Solution: Enable UPNP in your Router or remove the UPNP library (pspnet_miniupnc.prx) from the /kd Subfolder (don't forget to DMZ your PSP if you do this).
•In some games the home menu is invisible. We are going to work on it.

    RemoteJoyLite Recording
Existing versions of RemoteJoyLite crash when using PRO Online. You can download a working version for UMD based PSP models from here.
The version linked above has been modified to use the PRO CFW high memory range and thus only works if high memory has been enabled.
It also works on PSP Go, however not when PRO Online is active, I'm investigating the matter.

[IMG][Tutorial] Set up your PSP to play online
[IMG][ONLINE SERVER STATUS] Check who's playing what!

    Informations for Permanent Flash Users:

•Pressing R while booting loads the recovery.
•Pressing Select while booting loads OFW.
•When applying the Permanent Patch, choose X on first question and O on second to install, two times X only tests whether your device is compatible with our Permanent Bootloader.
•Should you manage to brick yourself, try pressing O+X+Select+Start while turning your PSP on. It will trigger a emergency uninstall.

    Model Generation Compatiblity:

    •6.20 Version works for 1g, 2g, 3g, 4g and 5g models.
•6.35 Version works on all models up to 9g.

    What's Fast Recovery?

Fast Recovery is not a recovery menu!

It’s a “Fast Launcher for People who already have installed the CFW using the Updater” !

The Updater launches a Pre-Execution Environment to execute the Kernel Module Installer, this takes about 10 seconds extra time… however, once the CFW is installed there is no need for that anymore…

Fast Recovery is a fast app to recover CFW functions after they have been disabled by a system shutdown.

The Updater + Install + Reboot to PRO takes about 20 seconds total time…

Booting into PRO CFW using Fast Recovery takes 10 seconds only, but has no install / uninstall options.

    Awesome.

Gonna' wait to see if TN-D is released (with PSX) first before I update the guides.

The people on another site said don't run it on anything other than OFW, or you will get a brick.

This is what finally made me switch from 6.35HEN on my PSP-3001. Games that wouldn't load before load perfectly now, and the PSX support is a very nice bonus. Also it doesn't seem to break official PSN games now! [IMG]

Like Ventus said, it's not recommended to run this on a CFW. ONLY OFW. This is mainly intended for PSP-3000 and GO models that are unable to flash to a CFW.

Update to 5.00m33-6, then use the Prometheus-4 plugin.

assuming your on 6.35 and have installed a past version a PRO-A, it's best to coldboot to ofw 6.35, delete old PRO-A installer and fast recovery, and copy new PRO-B installer and fast recovery to memory stick. Now run PRO-B installer on 6.35 ofw which would add/replace past PRO-A modules.
Also run fast recovery instead of the installer should you ever coldboot again, in order to go back to PRO-B firmware.

no problem, glad to help [IMG], just be sure to run the fast recovery instead of the installer, if you coldboot to ofw but want to go back to PRO-B, since it only loads the modules for PRO-B instead of adding them like the installer.....
