Why do you have to be the guy that tells everyone not to release anything and be proud of it? Do you think that telling this always makes you great? I am pretty sure that there are some people over here that don't deserve this attitude of yours. If someone doesn't want to release something then fine, just say so! There is no need to create fake hype so that you make yourself a fame. And you have said it a thousand times everybody here doesn't deserve anything from superior guys like you! There is no need to keep telling it. You are like throwing oil to fire...
I have this attitude (and even hykem did himself) that 99% of GBATemp didn't deserve shit because all they did was bitch and whine about how it isn't out yet. Do you have ANY idea how frustrating it is to keep something others want and are CONSTANTLY bitching at you to release it, even when it isn't done? It doesn't feel good. At all. I don't like the fact that I have kernel and shit and can't release it. It would benefit MY JOB (NSMBU haxx) and make it a lot easier, but I can't release it, because it isn't mine. Plus, it would benefit the WiiU scene so damn much you don't even know.

I'm just as peeved about all this raid bullshit as you guys are. I have major concerns on hykem's safety too, but take note that I don't have the IOSU exploit either.
Also, fake hype? I never said it was being released...? I never even gave a date for anything. That's all hykem's doing, not mine.

also I'm not superior. I am just like you guys, a kid who wants to make hacking his hobby.

It surprises me as a developer that your so intent on destroying the scene. Obviously pirates will always exist some will pirate games, some will watch pirate streams over kodi VPN but this is not and shouldn't be your problem. I'm sure you have done very good things for the WIIU Scene in the past but many of your posts as of late just show your immaturity. As a developer you should want as many people as possible to be able to use and develop home-brew..
then why did I help release the ELF loader? then why did I push Marionumber1 to release 5.3.2? I'm not acting immature, because if you have actually SEEN what at least 99% of this community is, there is a perfectly valid reason not to release IOSU. But it was agreed upon that it should be out anyways, for those who have waited patiently and can actually do stuff with it.

Wow... Must be hard knowing you have the power to help but can't :(

I didn't mean to sound like a dick with that post, should've worded it a lot better.

There are actually people here that deserve to mess with an IOSU exploit, but all of the people constantly whining about the exploit over somebody possibly being "robbed" of his information and used against him, are pathetic. Putting a piece of software over an actual person is sick.

I didn't say you created the hype... I know you didn't. I was talking about Hykem. How can you be so sure that it is 99% that don't deserve an exploit? I mean personally I am developing a Pokemon Game (both a hack and one with RPGXMaker) and I just want to port my games on the Wii U. I just watch gbatemp and keep on waiting, it isn't nice to put 99% of the users on the same side. If people bitch on you for a release then yes they are immature, but not anyone is like that. Sorry for my english I hope I made my point clear and I am not misunderstood. Peace!

I agree with you however, the only reason people started to whine and bitch is because @Hykem and @SonyUSA hyped the 5.5.x exploits for months and more or less promised that the release was "around the corner" .
The end result is a divided community and a lot of shitposting.

99.9% of the world doesn't deserve space travel/exploration but its still done, publicly discussed, information on it is freely shared and taught, and it's still an awesome thing to behold even if only the tiniest bit interested....

just sayin' :) sometimes its not about what YOU think is best, but what is going to be most beneficial in the end.

EDIT to clarify, don't make it publicly known if you don't want anyone talking about it.

As I said I'm sure you have done very good things in the past for the scene I'm not disputing that. Just reading some of the rubbish you post over and over about piracy and how nobody deserves the exploit. If that's your opinion fine they are like arseholes and we all have one but do we need to hear it every other day ?

The last post you just made was so much better way of expressing yourself, you explained your situation and allowed us to understand why you cant release any exploit. Much better than " You don't deserve shit your all pirates"

I totally understand why the kernel exploits are being kept private until Nintendo patches them, I know its no endless supply which is why I was so confused as to why IOSU became the main focus. Surely it would have made more sense to save that exploit over a kernel exploit as it gave more access.

I wasn't having a go at you but trying to point out how boring you was starting to sound until your last post.

@CableLeecher Where did Dimok say he was quitting? (thread link?)
here, but it was all a misunderstanding. sounded like he was put off by a post that questioned the source of his hard work, but all drama seems to be cleared up and squashed. if only it typically worked this way, you know, discussions in a civilized manner...

Wrong thread that you posted... He is definatelly off. No misunderstanding here...

Here is his statement:

Well as promised I have just pushed the sources of ddd to the repo i created on github. So everyone who is interessted in it can check it out now. It is the sources of v0.2.

With that done I want to also say that now I have to reduce my work on the WiiU as of today. I am sorry to say that but you won't be seeing many commits or releases from me in the next time. I have to concentrate more on my work and some private commercial projects more in the next few months and of course my family. So I have to stop coding on the WiU because of personal reasons. I just wont have the time to continue to work on any bigger stuff. All my projects are open source now and everyone can do whatever he/she likes with the code. I hope with that source code and the HBL available on the WiiU scene now there will be a lot more homebrews coming in the future but this will have to happen without me, at least in the near future. I will still support people who have questions regarding my source code or other things related to the WiiU, maybe even throw in a bugfix or two at some points but only as much as my free time will allow. What I will try to do as a last application is a demonstration of how to use GX2 in plain C as some people already told me they have problems understanding the C++ code and a plain C example of a 3D colored cube rotating will be very helpfull. So yeah I will probably do that but I will have to see when I get to it.

So thanks to everyone who supported my applications and me so far! I really hope my work was usefull to the WiiU scene and that it will grow further, at least it has the potential for it. I will be still reading the forums and try to answer to the messages though at least from time to time.

I'm just curious and excited, that's all.

Then I guess your another victim of Hykems cruel exploitation of the community for his epeen.

There was no 5.5 IOSU exploit.
