Gaming 5.00 m33-4 to 5.50 prometheus

I have updated my psp 1000 to cfw 5.00 m33-4 using prowlers softmod guide. From my current firmware, do i follow the rest of his guide exactly in order to directly update to 5.50 prometheus?

How to update to 5.50 Prometheus;

Download XGEN 5.50 GEN-D3
Copy the UPDATE folder to ms0:/PSP/GAME/
& copy the 550.PBP to ms0:/ (The root of the memory stick)
Run the update from your PSP BE CAREFUL ON WHAT YOU PRESS.
Download 5.50 Prometheus
Copy the folder to ms0:/PSP/GAME/
Run the update from your PSP

i think you go m33 to 5.50 gen-d3 to prometheus but dont take my word for it
