Hacking 404 Not Found for every NUS download?

Everytime I try to download a game using say NUSDownloder or UWizard, I put in the title key but I get a 404 not found error when it tries to download.

Example:

PUYOPUYOTETRIS - 0005000C1014D9000

Starting NUS Download. Please be patient!
Downloading Title 0005000C1014D900 v32...
[=] Storing Encrypted Content...
- Downloading TMD...
+ Downloading TMD Failed...
Download failed: "Downloading TMD Failed:
The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found. ):"
NUS Download Finished.

Thought maybe it was a JPN game issue but this happens with EUR and US games as well.

It could be a DNS error on your end....

The default list that UWizard had when I first loaded it let me download Mario Kart 8. So I dont think thats the issue.

Uwizard is dead same with NUSPacker.
Use Wii U USB Helper or JNUSDownloader

PUYOPUYOTETRIS - 0005000C1014D9000

There's no DLC for PUYOPUOTETRIS, which is what you requested, so you get a 404 error. The game would be 00050000, and the update would be 0005000E.
