Hardware 3DS won't go through initial setup

I recently created an emuNAND to play Triforce Heroes with my friends, and I used TinyFormat to format my sysNAND. During the 3DS initial setup, it asks me to put the 3DS slider all the way up, but when I do, it doesn't let me. Any idea how I can fix this? I use an o3DS sysNAND 9.2, emuNAND 9.2, with rxTools. Please help!

Your slider may be busted, that is all I can think of that would cause this issue other than using 4.x MSET on a 2DS as it has no slider to turn up.
