I just updated my Gateway to Omega and now my Professor Layton vs Phoenix Wright save doesn't work (I was on Gateway 1.2 before, if that matters).

Does anyone have a save at the start of chapter 3 that works on Omega?

EDIT: nvm. I decided to just replay back to the point where I was at, so I don't need that save anymore.

Bravely default has that issue : it's a SDK4 (working on GW1.2) but with 6.x save (incompatibility between Gateway 1.2 and 2.x).

I'm wondering if it's due to the KeyY or if it's another issue related to that game only.
If you can check your ROM's info in ROM_Tool, that would be great.

Yep, it's 6.0.0-11 KeyY Method.

I am looking for a Bin save file (Powersaves) of Bravely Default (USA) with a completed village (or lots of villagers) and some good stats and equipment, I looked on the filetrip page, but there arent any .bin save files.

You can use Etnwind's tool on the first post of this thread to backup/restore acnl rom saves.

Can someone upload a save of Bravely Default with 20+ villagers in chapter 3? I'm just about to fight Chaugmar and not having anything in Norende is really killing me >_<

There was a save file. Probably 2 hours into Bravely Default. I can't remember exactly.

oh just messing about to see if i can get it to load....kinda weird because i got it to load and it didn't do the "creating save data blah blah" but no saves

Well, when 2.1 omega came out, I put the rom on my microSD and it gave me the exact same error. It said " creating save data " (because my old 1.2 saves wouldn't work). I never actually started a new game but maybe that "creating save data" corrupted the old files or overwrote them?

yeah it will of....so this one is using the new method XD

Sorry, didn't know it would reset the saves

Well, I was searching files on my computer and I happened to backup my 3ds save files on the day that the 2.0 was leaked. Luckily this save file will be using the old 1.2 saving method but I can't be too sure xD
