Gaming 3ds rom help

Im trying to get Metroid prime federation force on my 3ds for free I have o3ds run fw10.3 with ironhax and menuhax installed but no cfw. I've been all over the internet looking but didn't find anything to help my case I've looked into ciangel and tikdevil but neither seem to work for me because i cannot access eshop

You will need to downgrade your 3DS to 9.2 and then go from there. You can use emuNAND or A9LH (recommended)
