I have a few to add, they're all USA:

3D Classics Kirby's Adventure - 0004000000054600
The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages - 0004000000058f00
Fractured Soul - 00040000000aa800
Dragon Crystal - 000400000008bb00
Another World - 0004000000127200
Stretchmo - 0004000000163100
Gunman Clive 2 - 000400000012d300

I came across them when I was using FunkyCIA to get clean CIA copies of my eShop games using my title.db. I did get my 3DS used so a couple of those I don't even recognize.

The URL to jquery-1.8.2 on the 3dsdb page is a dead link so the search and paging isn't working at all for me.

Pokemon Picross (Eur) - I pulled as much info as I could from what FBI shows so whoever can give me the proper method to fill in the blanks please lmk.

On line 35555 (ID 1976) of the XML there is a character which breaks tools that use it. It just appeared a bit ago, and makes the XML pretty useless. (Its putting unicode where unicode isn't allowed.)

For reference:

EDIT: It is fixed now! Thanks :)

Looks like you've got a typo in TID for this one... there's one too many 0's

00040000000152A00 - Sumikko Gurashi: Koko Ga Ochitsukundesu

EDIT: There are a few other strange titleIDs in your list as well...

This may be correct, but it doesn't end in 00, so I'll mention it anyway:
00040002000A5401 - Mutant Mudds (DEMO)

This one doesn't have a titleID and probably shouldn't be listed:
N/A - SDK DevKit Tools

And these four have a tab (\t) at the end of the hex TID:
00040000000A4F00 - Disney Princess: My Fairytale Adventure
0004000000111900 - Farming Simulator 14
000400000008C400 - Tomodachi Life
000400000012E400 - Mario Golf World Tour (DEMO)
