Hacking 3ds friendslist corrupt?

So one of the 3DS in my possession freezes when it goes to the friends list. It's an O3DS with A9LH on 11.2 using luma 6.6. It pops up with the prescreen that says friends list and then its frozen.
Not sure of the cause, it worked fine previously when it was using emunand, but something must have changed when I put it on A9LH. It has no friends so if I can fix it without installing a backup that be pretty nice.

get to that frozen screen and wait some minutes, after the Friend List load you can use it normally
