Misc 3ds flashed E-Shop?

Hey!

I recently got my 3ds flashed with 3dslink and been playing a bit.
I see on some website that they say something about getting DLC from eshop.
When i go into the Eshop i get this message that i have to system update.

How do i access Eshop without update?
Can i play games online without updating or getting this "dlcs"?
I want to try the game Fantasy life online.

3DSLink doesn't currently support eShop access.
