So, when I play pokemon ultra moon I get a message that say "An exception occurred" that has not happened before all I know is that I used the application Checkpoint before I played( also got some hacks which may have done something from what i can tell) and then the error happened I thought it was a one time thing but as I continued it kept saying the same thing like I can play for a bit till it happens again down here I have the image and can someone tell me how/or what to do or how to prevent it

If things were working before, but they stopped working after you installed some hacks, then doesn't that suggest the hacks might be a problem?
yea but all the other games I have in there are also affected alongside with pokemon ultra moon I know that the hacks did a problem but it should have not affected the other games right?

Your screenshot directly references "momiji", the internal name for Pokemon Ultra Moon. You cannot get this error screen with any game except Pokemon Ultra Moon.

If you are getting errors with other games, then please provide screenshots of the errors.

In the meantime, stop using Pokemon hacks.

verry sorry I just recently modded my 2ds and wanted to try everything it offered but do you know what to do to get rid of the screen thats my question

I already said: you can probably "get rid of" this particular screen by not using Pokemon hacks.

If you are getting error screens with different games, then you will need to provide pictures of those error screens, because you are definitely not going to get a Pokemon Ultra Moon error screen with any game other than Pokemon Ultra Moon. I cannot tell you how to get rid of screens you may be seeing with different games without knowing what those screens say.
