//EDIT : Run a filesystem/sector check on the SDCard with Powershell chkdsk X: /r (X = driveletter). You might try again now or additionally move everything from the SDCard to PC and run on the empty SDCard a check with h2testw (write and verify option) to be really sure the Card is not corrupted or counterfeit.

The blue wavy is the homebrew launcher, your main application to run homebrew stuff. Be sure you use latest Luma version as the homebrew launcher comes with and use latest Homebrew launcher loader (Channel).
Or install and use the Unistore to get any homebrew and those uptodate.

Actually don't do any of this. Send a screenshot of your error so we can properly tell what's wrong. (Could be a corrupted SD and installing more stuff may make it worse.)

An Arm9 error? You might need to do a ctrtransfer, as it's usually a sign of system file corruption or something of the sort.
You're not encountering any freezes, random crashes at boot, or on the home menu before launching any app?
What about your installed games, if you have any, can you launch any if them without amy errors?

Also goes without saying that you'd need to check the sd card with h2testw for errors before doing the ctrtransfer. Backup all the data before doing so Etc.

I rather enjoy a life of taking it easy. I haven't reached that life yet though.
