Hacking 3DS cart to support GBA and DS roms

Hi
I am thinking of buying a 3DS and a flash cart as I want to play my old DS roms
But I also wanna buy one which supports GBA roms too
Can anyone suggest any which definitely work on the 3DS and support DS and GBA roms?

There's a few carts that can play GBA games, but since it's emulation the quality of the emulator and the clock speed of the cart's processor (the special ones have onboard to do this and use the same base chip) matter and the DSTwo's is the best.
