Check the screen connectors (top right corner) especially that for the backlight (has 2 lanes). Most likely it didn't connect properly.

You mean you are getting the same blue error screen that happens when a SD reader is connected to NAND (or NAND is inaccessible somehow)?
I thought that error screen could only happen at boot time.
Anyway, it seems like something is still not connected properly. There are only a handful of things that can cause the 3DS to turn off by itself (dead battery, blown fuse, certain ribbon cables not connected properly, probably a couple things I'm forgetting) but all of these scenarios would normally cause the 3DS to turn off immediately when turned on. Since you get a blue screen when entering wifi settings, maybe the wifi antenna is not connected properly.

The problem is 3ds ribbons once removed never attach back properly. I dont want to remove a capacitor and try again, damn this 3ds is hard to fix.

I should note if I enter recovery mode, the shutdown thing doesnt happen :)

If you're careful, you should be able to remove and reattach the ribbon cables, just as long as you don't break the ribbon cables, or the zif sockets, which I hear are very easy to break as well.
The wifi thing could be a software issue, though I can't see how it could have happened unless you were messing with system titles, installing/uninstalling them.

Its not a ribbon issue, I think I have to remove Nand Capacitor, could be wrong value. Not only that my 3ds seldom moves in the menue to the right by its own. In addition to that, when I plug the ac adapter, and navigate to the wifi settings, both screen become white.

Im very confused now. Btw, shoulder button ribbon was broken : )

fuck ribbons.
