Hacking 3DS 8.1.0-19U Error problem.

I bought a 3DS XL from eBay that had the error has occurred issue with the Wi-Fi. I've dealt with this issue in the past with my O3DS Smol by disabling Wi-Fi and formatting, but 8.1.0 requires you to go online in order to format. I figured I'd just do the manual unplug Wi-Fi card method, but when I got to the back 4 screws, 2 of them got stripped and I could no longer access the Wi-Fi card. What I had in mind was, install Gateway somehow, downgrade, then format so the issue would be resolved, but I have no idea how I'd go about doing that. If you guys have any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated!


P.S. If you can suggest a workaround for the stripped screws issue, that'd be a big help as well!

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
