Gaming 3DS 11.3.0-36 out now

I know its once again (another nooby question) but...
I have Luma 3DS CFW installed to my 3DS, if I turn off my 3DS, or put it in sleep mode, will it update the system automatically like on the Wii U?

It won't. The 3DS only installs new FW after accepting it.

It will download the update. The 3DS has never installed an update by itself. You have to manually update the system.

Oh then that's good,
I think I should be fine then staying on an older FW (I don't see why people would use a newer one yet besides fixing apps, or tools.)

Lets hope Miamoto doesn't come knocking on my door asking me to update the system or else basically interrogate me with his ways of doing so at his HQ .

but dsiware can't access the decrypted nand. The native_firm thing only worked because it could be gotten from the encrypted nand.

I think that is how it works?
