not necessary that CLK still doesn't stick, it popping out and I think that's the main reason, is there a alternative bigger pin for CLK, or a way to boot Gatewey menu with TubeHax, or something, just to fix the Web Browser? I'll go to a friend whose a Pro Solder, if he can do it then no one can.

Will a memory format restore Web Browser?

with GND is better, and should I solder it to PIN 3, or PIN 6?

Thanks to all of you guys especially you @Xenon Hacks for your help, thanks to this post:
Attached some photos of how I did my hardware mod. Used a four-pin Deans connector, keyed to prevent connecting it in reverse. Blends in almost perfectly with my red 3DS.

I got the 400 errcode similar to the above, but nevertheless I read the 6.2 NAND from it three times, with device reboots between each, and all three had the same MD5. I wrote my 4.5 NAND to it with no problems. /o/

I've successfully restored my sysNAND (Web Browser is working:grog:).
And a big thumb up for @planetarian, for his post, bye.

i have a big problem to download all parts i Need. i own a 3ds classic with 5.1.0-4e so i try to download the 5.1.0-11e Firmware package. It allways stops on downloading 0004013800000002 v11872. So i try 7.2.0-17 and it stops downloading on 0004013800000002 v13956. is this on every Firmware the same?

Yeah, they (Nintendo) removed all updates from their servers , from what I heard.
Try to download an update in CIA on the iso site

Why do you even need that firmware version?

Is that a download you made? Or simply a virus?

Because i have the fatal error 00001001 on Gateway downgrade

Use rxTools devmode + sysupdater and go to that "ISO" website for the "3DS" to get a firmware package in CIA format so that you can update (9.2 for example).
Afterwards you can try to downgrade.

From where can one download the files manually? I am trying to download the files via 3dnus to update emunand to 9.5.0-23 JPN but it always gets stuck on the same file:

Downloading 0004001000020000 v9224
Title has 2 contents.
Downloading file1...

That's because Nintendo removed the files from their servers.
You can find them on that "ISO" website for the "3DS"

Many people are commenting on my videos that involve 3DNUS and say that it freezes when downloading a firmware/title and packing it as a cia. Any help?

Does anyone know of a way to obtain 0004001000022000 v8202 system settings now that they have disappeared from the Nintendo servers ? (Can't download with 3DNUS). Googling my butt off, no luck so far.

Edit***

NVM found it, thanks to our friendly neighborhood site we can't mention.
