It's the Web Browser, I bricked my 9.2.0-20E sysNAND Web Browser, and before I'll do a Hardware NAND.BIN restore I want to try to install the 0004003000009D02.cia with TubeHax FBI, because 3DNUS won't download it.

Well I tried but the installation in FBI 1.4.14 Destination: NAND Failed. Isthere a way to restore NAND.BIN with TubeHax?

As far as I know, no.
Not sure if using Tubehax will give you enough permissions to use FBI properly. Maybe that's why it's failing.

You can't use Tubehax only Ninjhax 1.1b will let you install CIA's ask @smealum to fix it.

I don't have a copy of CUBIC NINJA, and a Sky3ds Flash card. OK thanks for the reply guys I'll do the Hardware restore. If some one have a link to a In-depth tutorial on how to do that then please post it. If not I'll use the one I've found but my main concern is that in this tutorial NAND is being dump as .IMG and not .BIN file.

You can simply rename it to NAND.bin and write it with win32diskimager don't forget NEVER hit format while you are connected to your PC.

When its done writing safely eject whatever port you're connected to and unplug everything and reboot.

I tried letting it sit for an hour and doesn't move from that message. Any ideas?

Or the CLK pin is not solder how to DO that properly that pin is so F... small, and the Solder won't stick to it, I spend hours to do that, and still its not right?

Or do I need a USB SD CARD READER, like in the video because I'm using my build in SD reader in my Laptop?
Or do I need to install some drivers?
