Soma Bringer is like an anime version of Diablo 2. It's that f***ing good.

If only it include costume/armor model changing instead of showing the same pic of armor even after you change the armor...it will be way awesome

+1 for Phantasy star 0, You don't need to know a single word of japanese, all the weapons have logos next to them and power ratings, just good fun hack slash and shoot XD >

I think that Dynasty Warriors might fit what you are looking for.

I'm like 5 minutes into Soma Bringer and it's pretty good so far. I don't dig the automatic attacking with one button press, though. I do two sword swings (I'm a dual-wielder) with one tap of the A button and I can't link attacks so far. I hope things get better in the combat system.

When you get that skill that knocks monsters into the air, use that + that double swing skill for a short good combo.
