Hacking 32gb to 64gb sd card

i have some issues.

So I have a N3DS and N3DSXL. The XL no gba vc games work and if I remember it is fat32 64k 9.6CFW. The N3DS 11.7CFW 32Gb which I’m upgrading to 64gb yet only one out of 5 gba vc games work. Now I read online 64k can cause issues for gba vc games. Is this true and what should I set the cluster size to for both my cards please. Upgrading is as simple as copy and paste from one sd to another?

By default the recommended cluster size is 32kb, you can copy and paste if you don't have an emunand, if you do then you needs to inject that if you format the card.
