I am looking for Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom PRINCE'S EDITION v1.10 60 fps mod and see someone post the mod like this

Usually I download the fps mod file directly then put into the cheat folder but those are numbers, so how do I use this in Ryujinx? What kind of file do I create to put it into the mod folder? Thank you.
