Hacking 2168-002 (0x4a8) error after upgrading to 10.2

I'm on the latest hekate and atmosphere, but when I upgraded to OFW 10.2 I now get this error whenever I boot into atmosphere.

I applied the sigpatches. I also redid my memory card, no luck.

Anyone know what I can do?

Directly after launching the home menu? Or when you try to launch a homebrew app? Otherwise, if you had any custom themes installed, delete them. The folder is in atmosphere/contents/0100000000001000

    i used to go out to the recycling center every couple weeks and look at the crts and other electronics people would drop off. Usually screens were broken or severely scratched from being tossed around. Did find a good one here and there, but never anything like a 1080i widescreen crt.
