Hacking 2 Switches 1 hacked, load save files and play online with Legit switch........

hi i have 2 Switches 1 hacked, 1 clean can i load save files using checkpoint on the hacked switch to the Legitimate game (pokemon lets go) and then use it on the legitimate switch so i can battle and trade online?
or would this be flagged cheating??

Saves are stored on the console

You have no way of getting the save on the legitimate switch

If you installed checkpoint on the legitimate switch it wouldn't be legitimate anymore

But the question is: Will you get banned when you're transfering the Saves with Checkpoint?
Ofc while you're in CFW, you should deactivate Wifi.
But what will happen if you play with the transfered Savegame online?
Ban? No Ban?

When you use checkpoint, your clean Console won't be clean anymore.

I am in a similar situation:
I got a clean console and a dirty one (I used Checkpoint), which doesn't seem to be banned.
My plan is to update and transfer my saves to the clean console. Which should be the only way to do it legitimate. As for hacked saves: I think the only thing which gets you banned right now is reporting and not editing your mats in some games.
