Hello,

So after the update my a9hl new 3ds Xl boots on black screen. how do i get luma 3ds latest hourly/put it on de 3ds?

thanks!

yes you can update provided you install latest "stable" build of Luma or as what reported that a fix has already been uploaded then update to latest "nightly/hourly" build in Luma Updater then proceed to update your system firmware in settings.. im running O3DS, 2X N3DS on Luma+a9LH sys11.2 and everything works fine..

Thanks for the information. It worked great after I ran the LumaUpdate app you mentioned.

Alright i'm a little lost here;
A few days ago I finally got my new N3DS in, did all the stuff and now it's comfy on 11.2
But my problem is that I have to send it in for repair because the bottom screen is failing already (probably a loose connection at the ribbon), obviously i'll remove A9LH before doing that.

https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki/DSiWare-Downgrade implies it works for 11.2 (I also have an O3DS with A9LH so i'm good on that part).
But if I were to do that at this moment, do I read it right and should I skip section 3 and 4 at this moment, because it's stating "For now, this exploit will only work for versions below 11.2.0!" at 3 and "This section is only required if 3DS #2 is under 11.2.0." at 4 and go straight to 5 (after 1 and 2) if I were to do so?

You will by almost 100% chance receive a vanilla 11.2 system, meaning you will need a hardmod or a DSi downgrade.

It is outdated as fuck. Not as bad as rxtools, but I'm surprised much actually "works fine" since luma has had to actually fix several new things. To answer the second: Why would you keep using something like Windows XP on a computer? Yeah, it works, but it is outdated, features are limited, and you don't have support from anyone. It takes less than 5 minutes to just drag files onto your sd card and start using luma. https://github.com/AuroraWright/Luma3DS/wiki/Installation-and-upgrade you are probably using an ancient build of reinand, so follow the first block of text.

will update as soon as pokemon is out and it is safe 11.2 is compatible with pokemon.

Buy Fieldrunners on the eShop, install the hacked save, and put them on the SD Card using the System Settings. If the hacked save survives System Transfers, that should work. Unless save data doesn't get copied too. I'm not too familiar with TWL stuff.

how do i delete the fieldrunners save, since i got everything running right and i might as well keep the game since i bought it.

You can use Decrypt9WIP to dump and convert a 3DS cartridge to CIA format, after which you can install the game. Do note that doing this will result in a "bad" CIA, since it doesn't have the correct title key, so attempting to download the game from eShop afterwards will result in an error. (For games that aren't available on eShop, this isn't an issue.)

so i should have no problem, since i own the games on cart anyway, and just want to be lazy.

Edit: i can't seem to open Decrypt9WIP now, is there any other way to dump the carts to 3DSs home menu?

My guess is you are trying to load Decrypt9 through hbl with a9lh and an updated Sysnand. If that if the case you need to chainload it through Luma similar to how we chainload hourglass9
