Sweet! Now I'm pretty excited.

I dunno about full speed, but there are GBA emulators out there that can run through hax that are available to everyone on current firmwares.

Yeah, but I heard the FPS are pretty pad on O3DS at the moment. And I believe Mother 3 has some rhythm based gameplay in it that requires the game to be at full speed if you want to succeed.
