Homebrew How can I get 11.8.0-41U on my New Nintendo 3DS XL?

I can't update via Settings > Other Settings > Page 4 > Ok > Agree, as it says that the update failed, and it will restart. How can I get a .CIA version of the 11.8.0-41U update, or how can I update normally? I have Luma3DS v9.1, and I just double checked.

Have you tried updating with Recovery Mode / Safe Mode Boot? (Hold A+R+L+Up(DPad) while turning on)

Yes, and I did again, and it said,
"An error has occurred.
Unable to update.

The system will
now turn off."

Is your system otherwise acting normally? Have you verified that your SD card is functional?

If you have eliminated any "easy" problems, maybe you'll end up with a CTRTransfer.

Easy problems: Blocked Nintendo servers/firewall issues, try different DNS-server settings, try completely different WiFi-network.

My system is otherwise acting normally. My SD card is functional. I am banned. I have no DNS servers. I have tried different Wifis.

It may be because you are banned, since Nintendo servers won't let you connect to them in this case. Maybe you can do a manual update with the necessary files but it seems risky...

I tried SysUpdate, but said the is it in updates write error, so I tried using FBI, and I bricked. I have a NAND backup though. I don't want to lose data.
