  • Level5 have been hitting it out of the park with free updates between Inazuma Eleven and Fantasy Life. Wasn't expecting a full roguelike mode at all.

Man I'm so happy to see that Inazuma isn't just being left post-launch. The updates have been great so far, and there's still free actual content updates to come.

Yeah, Victory Road. Came out a few weeks ago on PC, Switch/2, XB, and PS.
Something about seeing Tomb Raider next to Pokemon and Mario just feels wrong... Gone through the opening sequence so far though and it runs well though! Looks about how I remember the PS4 version looking too, which is fine enough in my mind.

I'm outside the loop, has the Switch 2 been hacked yet?
Or is it just that easy to transfer saves from emulators to the real deal?

Oh no, it’s a game with official cross save support.
Damn, Inazuma runs at 4K/60 on Switch 2? Looking forward to playing on the platform as soon as Level-5 sort out the cross save issues.
    Almost there...

Done everything I can before going into the post-game stuff. I suppose I should get started on that next!
man I really love Zwift, feels like Wii Sports Resort if Wii Sports Resort was just cycling and Wuhu Island was 20x larger
Man for all the issues people have with ASUS, I still think they make some good stuff. Had no regrets picking up a G14 laptop. Wild how they can get a mobile 5070 into a system like this, just feels like a gamer MacBook.

Wait ASUS is bad? I'm literally typing this in front of their monitors and I think it's great
Giving an ARM laptop a shot... Any big questions people would want answering if I did a write up on the experience down the line?

Glad that it runs Pokemon just fine. But if you were to port games to run natively on the new architecture, then it would take quite some time to better understand the instructions and port code from the x64 to work with ARM processors, that also includes the compilers and tools necessary.

Not sure if there's a compatibility layer to run them alongside, but I digress. It's going to be years ahead before users will adopt to the ARM architecture, but right now, very little is adopted here aside from microcontrollers and development boards which use it.

I mean x86 gaming on ARM is probably about to take a hefty leap forwards with Valve's Steam Frame being an ARM platform. It's not exactly native gaming, but it's as good a start as any.
100 hours later I finally decided to give solo play another shot. I don't think it's as fun as playing with randoms but I at least know what I'm doing enough now lol

Finally went back to finish this one off. Still sat at Mixed reviews on Steam, but I had a pretty good time of it. Looking forward to the next game in September!

I have like 8 Atelier games on Vita. Where do I start? Or should I finish the Atelier Iris trilogy on PS2 first?

I don't know much about the Vita ones, but you generally can't go wrong with the first game of a given trilogy. Rorona, Ayesha, Sophie, Ryza 1 etc. They each play a little differently with some being on timers and others not, amongst other things. They're all pretty fun though based on what I've played.

Oh damn, completely missed Luck be a Landlord launching on Switch. Fingers crossed they patch it for Switch 2 to get mouse support, awesome game.
Jesus Christ Bowser's Fury feels like a new game with how good it looks and runs.

@Xdqwerty I also have Aspergers, and I've learned not to do that in front of others - only my family, because...they're my family and they know me.

Anyway, Bowser's Fury...eh, played it once, never returned to it. Just wasn't that interesting to me, honestly, and I hated the Giant Bowser chase-battles; those were horrendous.
Also not a fan of 3D World itself either; 3D Land was a much more compact and concise package. Didn't need three extra characters or Nessie surfing.

Or the clone Cherries; worst "power-up" since Galaxy's Spring Shroom, with how frustrating it is trying to control multiple Marios or Luigis at once, and how they're needed to get some Stamps and stuff.

Just the crater and mountain Shifting Earth events to complete and that's all achievements. I'm glad I can switch back to playing Revenant after a few hard fought victories with other characters lol
