    Okay so that actually took about two hours. The armour was apparently a really rare drop. Before it dropped I got 4x helms, 9x gauntlets, and 4x greaves lol

    I was so convinced the Elden Ring DLC was coming out Friday, I need to get myself sorted and start a new character quickly lol

    one day capcom will port Monster Hunter 3 and 4 Ultimate to newer platforms... one day...

    I really do think the Odin 2 Mini will be the one endgame handheld for me. Vita form factor is something I genuinely love, if it's half as good as the review videos are making it out to be I'll be stoked.

    The only minor disappointment for me on the spec sheet is that there isn’t a model that supports mobile data. With the Mini LED screen being so good outdoors, it would’ve paired super well.

    I did try Skyward Sword HD (the Switch port) once, but the controls were even more unintuitive than the Wii original. Which is ironic, considering I've never once gotten Wiimote motion controls to work correctly.

    I’ve been playing using a controller with back buttons and I do think they go a long way in helping. Having a left back button mapped to L for camera and a right one to B for sprinting makes things super accessible.

    294 digital games and 81 physical games later my Switch collection is backed up, complete with updates and all the DLC I own!

    I knew beforehand that just my digital games were a little over 1 TB, since I had to upgrade to a 1.5 TB card to fit them, so it's not too far off what I was expecting at least with the physical games included.

    Tbf the only switch game I ever touched was the RDR remaster and that wasn't even on a switch.

    Ridden 100km on my bike this week \o/ Not much in the grand scheme of things but it's nice to start being consistent again.

    Oh being a sous chef sounds super interesting. The closest I've been to that in a professional kitchen was a potwash, not that I didn't enjoy that though.

    I can imagine 😅 potwash sucks, but it is necessary.

    On the other hand. I like making people happy and i love cooking (i got that from my mom i guess, my family has always had jobs involving food or kitchens.)

    Now i deliver food and drinks to people with my bike. Also fun, because i love biking.

    Hopefully one day, i become a train driver still. That is my dream job after all. 😊

    It surprises me that Capcom haven’t pushed Monster Hunter Rise to iOS given they’ve already put way more demanding stuff on there. I’d upgrade to a 15 or 16 for that.

    Oh yeah, decent touch controls for the time, plus controller support. Just a shame it was never updated past iOS 10.

    I do love how Wattson is a hacker - Lv. 22 Magneton and Lv. 24 Manectric? When they evolve at Lv. 30 and 26 respectively? Not cool, man, not cool.

    The battery is probably its strongest point. I think it's 7000mAh, which will give you a looooot of playtime. I haven't done any formal tests, but I really don't charge it often. I think I've seen numbers saying 6-8 hours though.

    Ah screw it, I think I've talked myself into finally writing something up. I'll get something sorted for the front page once the new unit gets to me. Just for full info, the store owner has basically said that price is a limited time deal for a bit of a marketing ploy to get more interest in the device, so no idea how long it'll last.

    I'll probably run some actual battery tests and a bit of game testing, as well as comparing performance on higher end stuff between the 8GB RAM and 6GB RAM models to see how much of a difference it actually makes. If there's anything you wanna see in particular let me know and I'll try to include it.
