Who are the nicest GBAtemp Staff?

If you can find me saying this I would be incredibly amused, I have zero recollection. Pretending to be Welch isn't a bit I think I've ever gone with lol

Grand Theft Auto VI pre orders go live tomorrow, physical release limited to code in box

The delays may be behind us, but the news isn't all good for Grand Theft Auto VI. Rockstar have today announced that pre-orders for the game will go live tomorrow, on the 25th of June. Those who pre-order will get the Vintage Vice City Pack, a small throwback to one of their older titles. With...

Steam Machine waiting list goes live, starting at £879 with a 512GB SSD

The marketing says Micro SD, not Micro SD Express. It'll be Micro SD.

It's just SteamOS so the answer should be yes. It also has a Micro SD card slot for the games that REALLY don't need the read speed lol

Steam Machine waiting list goes live, starting at £879 with a 512GB SSD

After much speculation, a lot of which being caused by dbrand's unceremonious reveal of their Companion Cube casing, the Steam Machine is finally available to order. Kind of. Looking at the page on the UK storefront, four different bundles are available. 512GB SSD - $1,049 USD / 1,509 CAD /...

I'm confused. I just decided to try making a blog and it does appear exactly where you're saying, even when logged out? What is the issue you're describing?

SDreader, is it a reliable entry point for hacking?

Yeah that much is valid. I'd be interested to see unique cases that make use of it, though honestly at the moment a 1TB SSD isn't even that much cheaper than a 1TB Micro SD Express lol

SDreader, is it a reliable entry point for hacking?

Do you have any sources in that being a major breakthrough in hacking the console? As far as I know Micro SD Express just uses the same protocols (or similar) as an NVMe SSD, so an adapter is all you need. Probably simplifying that a bit but it didn't seem all that major.

Now that is odd, because again I have no issue at all: Maybe try Ctrl+F5 to clear your cache?

For what it's worth I had no issues viewing this blog while logged out: https://gbatemp.net/blogs/some-tips-on-writing-to-a-dsi-dev-cart.20276/ In terms of a blog vs a post, that's somewhat your preference. I think blogs are preferred for more personal topics, but even then I don't think...
