No idea if you believe me or not, for my own problems with depression and anxiety I know the causes but I'm unable to do anything against them. Trying without a break since 1994.
If you are unable to get rid of the causes, symptomatic treatment is the next best thing to do.
Changing name, changing image, will do little good:ghosts of the past, inner demons, will chase you, like a shadow. Other change is needed.
