No idea if you believe me or not, for my own problems with depression and anxiety I know the causes but I'm unable to do anything against them. Trying without a break since 1994.
If you are unable to get rid of the causes, symptomatic treatment is the next best thing to do.

Changing name, changing image, will do little good:ghosts of the past, inner demons, will chase you, like a shadow. Other change is needed.

The Greeks knew this well. The word personality comes from the Greek word persona, which is also a word we use to describe the character perceived by others. In Greek dramas they would use masks, and their voice comes through the mask, hence "sona" which means sound, "per" for through the mask comes "sona" or sound, persona.

Very good. Something not many western people know either. But it comes from Latin, the language of my ancestors; this is coming from someone who reads it and can translate it directly into English. The Greeks used πρόσωπον (prosopon).

Ah I see, prosopon also means mask. According to some more searching, the Latin word's origin is unclear and the Greek word was also there around that time, but I guess they're all very similar in meaning.
Hi. I'm back. Cloudflare prevented me from returning. Only now, after 10minutes of browser checking, did it let me in. I missed you guys...
Continued connection issues. Is it a stunt by someone who doesn't like my presence? This will be my last message. Someone will rejoice.

...eager and ready to swallow everything—pictures, liquor, knowledge. This lack of concentration is clearly shown in our difficulty in being alone with ourselves. To sit still, without talking, smoking, reading, drinking, is impossible for most people. They become nervous and fidgety, and must do something with their mouth or their hands."

So true. I do many things with my mouth n hands. And not just sexually. I smile and I play with gaming consoles.

@AncientBoi, I'll point out that there are also children reading these posts, even if you don't care; I recommend continence in language (and maybe in real life...hehehe).
And then we say: those who do it don't talk about it; those who talk about it, don't do it. And no likes this time.

...Yet most human beings spend 50 to 90 percent or more of their time in their imagination, living in fantasy. We think about what has happened to us, what might have happened, how we feel about it, how we should be different, how others should be different, how it's all a shame, and on and on; it's all fantasy, all imagination. Every memory that we stick to devastates our life."

for some other future beyond. You will never, never be able to sit back with full contentment and say, "Now, I've arrived!" Your entire
