There's a lot of tech related things that people do which annoys me but probably the worst offender is calling anything internet releated "Wi-Fi"

Trying to help my parents whenever something goes wrong with their Xbox One.
A system I have no interest in...
...that they bought so they could play Madden (and only Madden) with one of my siblings who moved out, but we never set up Xbox Live to do so...
...And which one day a couple weeks ago just out of the blue decided to delete their Franchise Mode SAVE FILE after a system update - FOR NO FUCKING REASON.
And then *I* have to try to fix it somehow, because we have no idea what happened.
Fuck the Xbox One. Piece of shit console.
