Hacking N2dsxl crashes just often enough to make having fun hard

Title says it all. Receiving all sorts of Arm11 core 1 errors. Sometimes I'll boot it back up after one of those and get "failed to mount CTRNand."
Mario kart in particular can no longer run the Special Cup. This all seems to have started happening after I started using 3rdtube.

I've already tried CTRTransfer. Already tried updating CFW. Already tested the SD card. None helped.

I'd appreciate any input you more experienced folks may have.

Luma and Godmode both load fine btw. Luma is, of course, the menu that comes up when you boot it without the SD Card inside, right? Just wanna be sure
